H.O.P.E. America, Inc. was founded in 2003 and incorporated under the state of Michigan jurisdiction. We are a not for profit organization that help the ordinary person with expanding their knowledge, skills and attitude to succeed. Our philosophy is to help bring the dreams of ordinary people to reality with improving their abilities to be more self sufficient. Millions of human beings would give anything to enjoy the freedom and personal liberty provided by our government that many Americans take for granted. We have the right to choose our work, set goals, enjoy a bountiful standard of living, educational system, peace and privacy in our home and to have the laws that protect all the people within our nation. In the midst of our opportunity millions lead aimless unhappy lives of poverty and false illusions without really understanding how to progress to the next level. Our arm of compassion will help ordinary people excel in life.
Our mission is to assist individuals and families in need of human service, education and training. We believe by giving back to the community we will help to improve our neighborhoods and country for future generations. H.O.P.E. America, Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 non-profit charity organization and all donations are tax deductible. Hope America is a United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) National Approved Housing Counseling Agency.

FHA is continuing its commitment to fully evaluate borrowers who have experienced periods of financial difficulty due to extenuating circumstances. As a result of the recent recession many borrowers who experienced unemployment or other severe reductions in income, were unable to make their monthly mortgage payments, and ultimately lost their homes to a pre-foreclosure, deed-in-lieu, or foreclosure. Some borrowers were forced to file bankruptcy. Attend this workshop to learn more about the FHA-Back to Work Program and your eligibility.
